You just need 3-4 pills for bowel movements
"Like other reviews have said, don't listen to the back of the bottle unless you need severe help for severe issues. If you just need to have a healthier more complete BM, take about 3. I think 2 in the morning and 2 at night is a good amount. If I was going through something really gnarly, I would go for it and up it to 10 or so to clear myself out. But I imagine that would mean a day without any obligations other than using the toilet. Just in case. It isn't a laxative, but it does the job. You want to be ready for the urges. A+ from a person with IBS-C and hates eating psyllium husk as well as swirling orange crap in a glass."

"I tried vet meds, little success. My Lovie was on antibiotics and had diarrhea. This helps some, at least it's not watery. Unfortunately he's not getting better but this does aid in a way. If I miss a day, we've got bigger issues. I've been giving it to my other 2 cats as it seems they have poo in their urine. This does help a lot! I wish I would have known about it with a few other cats I had in the past. I highly recommend this for pets and whenever someone tells me about a pet that gets diarrhea I let them know about it.
You can also get powder and sprinkle in their food, but I have multi pets and idk if they'd get enough or too much so I give them the pills every night."

"This bottle is huge. It’s a great value. Follow the directions and start slow! Please. Especially if you have IBS!! If you have it, I don’t have to tell you why. You know why. The pills are easy to swallow and don’t get stuck in my throat. Overall they work better than any other form of fiber I’ve tried and I’ve literally tried them all."
