Micro Ingredients Organic Beet Root Powder, 2 Pounds | Cold Pressed, Water Soluble, High Concentrated Raw Beet Supplement | Superfood Drink Mix | Non-GMO, Vegan Friendly, Plant Based

Product Description
Beet root, known scientifically as Beta vulgaris, is a root vegetable with a long and diverse history. Originating in the Mediterranean region, it was cultivated as early as 2,000 B.C., primarily for its leaves. The Greeks and Romans valued the plant for its versatility, though they mainly consumed the leafy portions. The red beet root commonly used today did not appear in culinary use until the 17th century in Europe, when it became popular in cooler northern climates. Breeding programs in the 18th and 19th centuries refined their size, shape, and color, creating the familiar variety enjoyed today. Beyond its culinary appeal, beet root has also been used in various industries, particularly for natural coloring and flavoring applications.

    Great deal~ Better with subscription~
"Good buy. 4 lbs. I purchased & signed on for subscription. I use this Organic beet powder with Ensure. Using a blender- it mixes well. Using a spoon, a mixing stick or "shake container, it mixes so-so. Unmixed powder will stick to the container in globs and the spoon or stick. The blender is the only way to go. With Ensure-it is pleasant tasting, and after only three days, I feel better! It could all be in my head, but as long as I am feeling more energetic-and less foggy-I am good~

    Quality of earth
"I decided to switch to a powder version of beet root instead of the capsules to help my body better absorb it and utilize it. I have been taking beet root for a few years just to help keep my blood pressure more steady and help ease the pain of getting old.
First off, upon opening you will find a bag inside a bag. This is nice because the scoop was at the top of the bag but not inside the actual powder.
Taking it I just mix in water and slug it down. It does have an earthy dirt taste but its not horrible. I have mixed it with my morning coffee and that helps the taste. Would be great in a protein shake.
After taking it for a week I do feel like my body is utilizing it better. Be warned, depending on your body though the red natural color of beets are not processed fully by all people and it can affect the color of what you see in the bathroom. Nothing to worry about but just keep it in mind.

Overall is a quality, organic product with no fillers.

    Best organic beetroot powder
"The product takes great and o noticed that my energy level increased. The size is awesome, it not lumpy when mixed with water. It easy to use and you can feel that it’s organic because it doesn’t taste funny. It tastes exactly like real beets.
I like adding it to my smoothies and mixed with water as my soda. Its value for money.
