"You need to take these vitamins every day from a few weeks to a few months, depending on your body, to get results. I have anxiety ADHD (more mental) and chronic fatigue. While I don't feel like it helps with my anxiety much (I've been on Xanax, so maybe this is why), it does help to relax me and help me focus, a long with some energy. Caffeine and adderall are way worse for my anxiety. So I'll take this for the days I don't take the prescription meds!"
