"I am on my second purchase and I changed the flavor from fruit punch to mango. The taste is really good. I will admit it helps to curve my appetite."

"Likes: It is a complete collagen product and I can drink my protein vs. eat something if I'm not that hungry. Does collagen really help with skin, hair and nails...not the way you may think. Our bodies do not absorb collagen...as a protein molecule...it is too large. Like with all protein molecules, collagen is denatured by stomach acid and broken down into amino acids. I'm not expecting miracles from this product, but I do like the flavor (tropical punch) and that it contains a decent amount of protein, vitamin C and hyaluronic acid...all important for collagen production. I mix this with water and matcha tea, which turns into a muddy green color, but tastes amazing, so I enjoy it for what it is and am on my 2nd purchase. As for weight loss? I have not noticed changes in appetite or weight. Weight gain is mostly a hormonal vs. calorie issue. If you want to lose weight cut the carbs to lower your glucose/insulin response. This product contains stevia vs. sugar, which is nice...calories appear to be from protein only.

Dislikes: The price...all these collagen products are way too expensive for what they are, especially since their marketed benefits are based on shaky and misleading physiology."

"The product description said the product will last 28 days which I do not think it will since it instructed to use two scoops a day. Another thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t come with the scoop so I have to use the scoop from other product, which might not be an accurate measurement of each scoop. The taste is not the best but it is ok. The price for half container that won’t last even two weeks is too much for me to continue using this product. I can’t tell the result yet but I only have tried it for few days. I experienced yo yo feeling from it. I wanted to return. I talked to many Amazon customers services who said they can’t help with that and I called the skinny fit person who told me she talked to Amazon customer service and now they will let me return. I called again based on skinny fit person instructions, customer service told me they still can’t help and asked me to email them with picture and hand written letter and they will be able to help. I did all of this and the end, I got an email that they can’t help. I need to call skinny fit customer service again. At this point, I start to accept that this will go no where and I do not want to waste another few hours contacting people, taking pictures and write the note to explain the situation. Disappointed that company do not stand behind their claim and Amazon just doesn’t do anything and waste so much of my time and money."
