Bloodwork tested, I had very low D
"I went to my doctor and blood work came back very very low vitamin D, they prescribed me a super high dose pill but I didn’t want to take it all at once like that so I talked to them about taking 2x of these a day. They said fine, so I took 2 a day for a few months then 1 a day for a month. Blood work came back with excellent levels. My mom also used this product after getting low levels back from blood work and her results after a few months were also up."

"These are so tiny and fun to take. I do have to fold over the bag and use a rubber band to keep from spilling them when I try opening and closing the top. It such a smart idea. Much nicer than little bottles."
good product but packaging is garbage
"pills are good quality and seem to work....BUT the bag doesn't re-seal at all, so I had to buy a container to store the pills and keep their freshness. I use two other micro-ingredients brand supplements and those bags re-seal fine. Given other negative reviews about packaging issues, looks like a quality control issue for the D3 idk"
