My favorite turmeric supplement
"As a healthcare provider I am often asked about helpful supplements. This is one of my favorites to recommend as it can be helpful for all kinds of inflammation and chronic pain. This brand has an excellent ingredient list and is a great price point. Make sure when you are buying supplements that you take a look at how many servings are in each bottle! Some companies will try to make you feel as though you are getting a better value because there are more capsules or tablets in their bottle. When really the serving size is three or four. Garden of life brand is very transparent about this and this bottle will definitely last you longer than 30 days!"

"Could tell within a few days that I had much less pain in my arthritic knees. (And I've taken many different products looking for something to help me function with decreased pain.)
The caplets are very big - what I always call "horse pills". But the coating used helps it go down easily and this should not been a problem for people used to taking pills. Size is like typical vitamin caplets.
The price is a bit high for me, but since I am getting results, I will continue to purchase routinely. In fact, I take an extra caplet on days where I've been very active and have been in more pain.
What is important to emphasize - diet plays a large role in inflammation in the body. Research the foods you should avoid (i.e. sugars), and TRY to eat clean & healthy (no, I'm not vegan, nor do I support a strict vegan diet).
This product seems to help with decreasing inflammation in your body."

"Amazon doesn’t let you review how the order was packaged. The delivery person had nothing to do with how this item was packaged. It’s a glass bottle with no bubble protection in the box, also the box was damaged. My item was open when arrived. I love the product and am so happy that the bottle was not broken."
