"My eye doctor recommended taking Areds, but the traditional pills were just unpleasant--too big and hard to swallow, bad smell, etc., and I just stopped taking them. I gave the chewables a try and they are a great solution and don't taste bad at all. I haven't had any side effects with these that others have experienced."
