Worth a shot!
"I bought these at a massive discount on a New Year's sale, when I was completely broke from Christmas, and would have been very unlikely to otherwise purchase them (at their regular price).
My cognitive function is pretty impaired from both CPTSD/PTSD and physical injury (TBI), as well as severe, constant insomnia, and I had 2 weeks to study for the Property and Casualty insurance exam in order to become an insurance agent, from never having seen the material or knowing jack about insurance before that time. I was extremely concerned that I would not be able to learn or remember the material at all - it's a LOT - and had long since run out of the Omega 3s I usually megadose and the Citicholine I try to take to keep my struggling brain a little sharper, so this was a move borne from sheer desperation.
I cannot say whether I felt or noticed anything in particular - I mean, I wasn't like "WOW, MY BRAIN IS ON FIIIIIIIIRE, I'M LIMITLESSSSS," but I will say that after studying my rear end clean off, I scored a 94 on that exam, which made my instructor say, and I quote, "OMG," and the proctor remarked that it was the highest score she had personally ever seen.
So, from not being able to really even form sentences well, and certainly not having a properly functioning short term memory, to completely acing a 150 question exam, I can only assume this product did something good.
I will keep taking it through the end of the bottle and then when it runs out, if my brain function grinds to a halt, I will know for sure. I hope it doesn't, 'cause then I'll be on the hook for buying this not-inexpensive supplement for the rest of my days, but I suspect it well may.
I would say drop the $30 and give it a try. $30 is a small price to pay for your memory, if it works for you, right? Yeah. It is."
Actually seems to work
"So many of these things, it's hard to tell if they actually do anything. This does seem to work. A relative recommended it or I wouldn't have tried it. I will say I've had experiences with it others don't have so your mileage may vary, lol. Others I know taking this supplement have not had my experiences with it.
It's recommended you take it for a month before expecting to see real results. For myself, after a few days - I started getting more vivid dreams, and remembering them more. This seems to be happening less now that I've been on it for a few months, but I found it interesting.
A strange experience: I had a problem I couldn't solve, worked at it for hours, went to bed frustrated. Woke up in the middle of the night with the solution. I had been taking the pill for a few weeks at that point. If that's ever happened to me before, it's been decades. It happened a second time too while on this supplement, but I don't remember the circumstances now.
It does seem to have improved my focus, and clarified my thinking. I don't think it's any kind of placebo effect because many pills don't do what they claim for me, so I'm not very suggestible. It doesn't have any negative side effects for me. Don't expect it to dramatically do anything right out the gate. I consider it a long-term supplement.
Something I will note. I can't say it's related - only that this has occurred since I began taking the supplement. I have changed directions some in my spiritual life. It's hard to explain. For years and years, I've known who I WASN'T in my faith, but couldn't pin down exactly who I WAS. Now it seems obvious. It also seems like a return to myself when I was much younger, a getting back to who I was when I didn't understand who I was. Now I know. For me, this is a good thing: I have been stagnant for awhile, stuck in a kind of spiritual malaise and logic loop. Now I've suddenly broken free of that. It's certainly possible that it's just interesting timing - but frankly, nothing has changed in my life for this to happen. There is a portion of the brain that is related to the spiritual life, so unless other evidence comes in, I'm sticking with that.
All of this is highly subjective of course, but short of a clinical study, for most of us, that's what we have to work with. Bottom line: I intend to continue taking it. I'm on Social Security - but it's worth the money to me.
If you're on the fence about this, my recommendation is to try it for 2 months. For myself, the action is subtle - but definite."
