"I'm NCGS and had stopped eating gluten for about five years. I tried Glutenease on a recommendation and was happy to find that I could that I could return to my favorite Japanese restaurant with no issues. I find issues with eating bread and pastries still even if I double the dose of Glutenease. It's inconsistent which makes me curious if it's my gut or the pills. Either way I'd say it's mostly helpful. Especially when I go out to eat, I don't have to worry about what's in the sauces etc."
